Saucony 10k ticket: Race for the Wren Project this 2025

Are you ready to take on an exciting challenge this 2025?

We have 10 tickets to the Saucony London 10k up for grabs, giving you the opportunity to put yourself to the test in support of those living with the complexities of autoimmune disease.

This coming July, you might choose to run, jog or walk the infamous 10k route past many of London’s most infamous landmarks - with your effort supporting the Wren Project and our mission.

Whether autoimmune disease has affected you personally; someone in your life, or you are simply looking to support us and the life-changing service we provide, we want to hear from you.

The Saucony London 10K takes place on Sunday July, 13, 2025, with an iconic route that will take you past key London landmarks such as Westminster Bridge, The London Eye, Regent Street, Piccadilly Circus and Big Ben. This flat race is suitable for both beginners and regular runners.

Every penny raised by our fundraisers will go towards supporting people in the UK who live with the complexities of autoimmune disease through our free Listening Support service, giving them a space to share their experience and receive tailored support.

We are the only charity in the UK to support people living with all autoimmune diseases. Our support is free, available to anyone over the age of 18 and living in the UK and run by dedicated volunteers.

To take one of our coveted Saucony 10k tickets, we are kindly asking for fundraisers to pledge to raise at least £250 for the Wren Project. We will support you every step of the way on this journey and will do all we can to help you with your fundraising efforts!

Racegoers will also receive a Wren Project running vest to wear in your training and on the big day itself.
